Information for Service Customers

  1. If the inspection of the damaged device carried out by ANIRO Sp. z o.o. specialists determines that the defect is not covered under warranty, paid repair services, component replacement, diagnostic inspection, and transportation will be carried out upon the Customer’s acceptance of the costs.
  2. The service request form must be completed and submitted via the website www.aniro.pl.
  3. After the request has been successfully submitted, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with an attached PDF file containing the service request form.
  4. The received document should be printed and enclosed with the shipment containing the damaged device.
  1. The absence of the form in the shipment may result in the suspension of the service process until the request is clarified.
  2. The cost of the technical assessment, in the event that the repair quotation is not accepted or the device cannot be repaired, is PLN 100 net + VAT.

    *We agree to transfer our device for disposal if we do not respond to the repair offer presented by Aniro Sp. z o.o., based in Toruń, within 30 days of receiving it and within the following 14 days after the reminder has been sent.
