We complete every order within the shortest possible timeframes, taking on even the most demanding and complex failures. Our goal is to help reduce your costs — in many cases, repair is far more cost-effective than purchasing new equipment.

• Fast diagnostics– initial device assessment within up to 5 business days
• Transparent pricing – repair costs are discussed with the customer after the initial inspection of the device
• Replacement equipment – in most cases, we can provide substitute equipment during the repair period (transport costs covered by the customer)
• Short turnaround time – the average repair time is approximately 7 days (from device delivery to shipment after repair)
• Repairs performed in Poland – all work is carried out at our headquarters in Toruń (we do not send devices back to manufacturers)
• On-site service visits – repairs can also be performed directly at the customer’s location

5. The absence of the form in the shipment may result in the suspension of the service process until the request is clarified.
6. The cost of the technical assessment, in the event that the repair quotation is not accepted or the device cannot be repaired, is PLN 100 net + VAT.
